Important: Please include your order number in the subject or message so we can assign your file.
As soon as everything has gone smoothly, you will receive an email confirmation from us that your file has been received and printing is in preparation.

What exactly do you offer in the area of 3D printing?
We offer high-resolution SLA 3D printing for miniatures and statues up to 23 cm in size. Ideal for tabletop miniatures, collectibles, or display pieces.
What materials are used?
Printing is done primarily with high-quality ABS resin in light gray, perfect for fine details and stable results.
Can I have my own 3D files printed?
Yes, you can have your own 3D models printed with us. Simply select one of our printing options in the shop and pay. Then send your file via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer to hallo@darkwolfworkshop.de . IMPORTANT: Please include your order number, which was sent to you, in the subject line.
Which file formats can I submit?
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP and other common 3D file formats.
Do you also offer design or CAD services?
No, we only print pre-made 3D models. We do not currently offer custom modeling services.
How big can the prints be?
Individual pieces up to 23 cm in size are possible. Larger objects can be divided and printed or delivered in multiple parts.
How long does production and shipping take?
Processing your print usually takes 2-4 business days, plus 2-4 days for shipping within Germany.
How much does 3D printing cost?
The prices are already available as ready-made offers in our shop. Simply select the right printing offer. No additional calculations are necessary.
Will I receive a cost estimate in advance?
No, because the prices are already included in the offer. You pay the price listed in the shop plus shipping.
What payment methods do you offer?
All common payment methods.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
We always reject faulty or damaged prints. Should something go wrong, please email us pictures of the model and the box it came in, and we'll take care of it.
Can I add finishing work such as sanding or priming?
No.
Can I have my model changed later?
If you have any requests for changes, please contact us immediately after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, provided technically possible.
